WELCOME TO TSEDEQ NATURAL BEAUTY AND SKINCARE 

We would like to ensure that all our guests enjoy a positive and relaxing experience, so please allow us to have the following house rules in place to make your visit here extra special!

THE TSEDEQ GUARANTEE

The safety of all our guests is our utmost priority. We take an uncompromising approach to our salon’s disinfection protocols as well as your health, beauty, wellbeing & hygiene. All our tools & equipment are disinfected before use. In order to promote ultimate hygiene, disposable stock are used and files are limited to one client’s use only.

ARRIVAL POLICY

For your comfort & relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled treatment time. Arriving late will simply limit the time of the treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness & your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed & the full value of the treatment will be applicable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We know life is sometimes unpredictable, but please give us 24-hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment to avoid being charged the full service fee.

If you have booked to redeem a gift voucher and do not cancel within the 24hour notice period, your voucher will be considered redeemed.

CHILDREN AND VISITORS

Because of our utmost respect for your comfort, as well as that of others, we ask that you please refrain from bringing children & other visitors to the salon unless they are receiving treatments.

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS

Your health and well-being are incredibly important to us, so please complete your consultation form honestly (it is for your eyes only) and inform your therapist of any specific medical condition(s) you may have (pregnancy, diabetes, epilepsy, recent surgery, high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, muscle, or joint injuries etc.) or medication that you are taking.  This is important as some treatments and products cannot be performed if a guest has a certain medical condition or are using certain medication(s).

LOYALTY PROGRAM

Earn loyalty points on all treatments except already discounted and promotional treatments.
