Shaded, Ombré and Hybrid Eyebrows

A full, soft shaded look with or without hair strokes.  All shaded eyebrows (ombré & hybrid) have a soft ‘powdered’ makeup look, that’s still natural looking once healed.  The pigment is built layer by layer in the skin, producing a gradient of colour from light to dark ombré, lighter at the bulb (front) of the brow and going darker towards the tail. This mimics the natural colour progression of the brow from the tail and the core to the bulb.

Prior to the actual procedure, we will shape and customize your brows to a size and shape that compliments your facial features and frames your eyes well. We will also discuss and select a colour that best matches your natural complexion and skin tone, bearing in mind undertones and skin conditions. Once you are completely satisfied with how you will look, we will begin the process of implanting the pigment to give you beautiful shaded ombré powdered brows. Topical anaesthetics are applied before and during the procedure. This process requires approximately two hours, is not painful and will not damage your existing natural brow hair.

Immediately following the procedure, the area will appear thicker, darker, bolder and more defined, but will fade approximately 20-30% lighter in two to four weeks. This is common and to be expected for all permanent makeup procedures.

The procedure requires approximately two hours. All permanent makeup procedures and results are based on multi-appointment basis to achieve the desired look. A touch-up procedure will be required six weeks after the initial procedure. Pigment retention depends on skin type, age, aftercare, sun exposure, use of certain skin products, pigments used, immune system, medication and other factors. Periodic colour refreshing is required.
