Returns. Due to its nature and for purposes of safety, sanitation and hygiene, products or services sold or rendered may be not be returned nor will it be refunded or exchanged for another product or service. Refer the Cancellation of orders above, except for in the unlikely event of the wrong product being dispatched to you.

In the event of the wrong product dispatched to you, you agree to inform us in writing, accompanied by a copy of the delivery notice and a photograph of the product within 2 working days of the receipt of the product.

We will, on receipt of your email and within 2 working days dispatched the correct product to you at no cost to yourself, should the product still be available, if not we will refund you the full purchase price. The incorrect product will be collected at the same time as the delivery of the new product.

Note that in the event of a refund, you may experience a delay of between 10-14 working days in reflecting of the credit on your account.
