Body, massage & relaxation
The health benefits of massage therapy given by a qualified masseuse, offers relief from stress and muscle strain. When the superficial and deeper muscle layers and connective tissues are massaged, blood is expelled from the area. When pressure is removed, fresh, newly oxygenated blood and nutrients flow into the muscle and tissues, thus improving its tone and mobility.
Massaging aids in the healing process and promote relaxation and well-being. Muscle tension, stiffness and pain are lessened by slow, rhythmic movements and techniques, while friction and pressure improves circulation and assist in eliminating toxins.
At Tsedeq™, you can choose from a wide range of quality aromatherapy oils, naturally extracted from herbs, flowers and fruits to enhance the benefits of your massage or allow us to blend a special massage oil according to your specific need.
You have the option to choose whether you want the massage to be relatively gentle or done with more intensive pressure. Don’t be afraid to ask your therapist to lessen or increase the pressure applied, in accordance with your own tolerance and level of comfort.

Types of massages we offer
Deep tissue massage: Deep tissue massage is a specific type of massage that works on the deep layers of muscle and fascia in the body.
This technique involves using firmer pressure to reach these key areas and get them to release, which is why this particular massage is often recommended for people who are comfortable with a slightly more intense touch.
However, deep tissue massage can also refer to gentle yet sustained pressure targeting the myofascial layer.
Swedish massage: Swedish massage is synonymous with massage itself and has been around for a very long time. Today it is the most well known and popular type of massage therapy. In Europe it is called the “Classic Massage”. One of the major benefits of Swedish massagetherapy is true relaxation. For busy professionals who have long weekdays ahead of them, a great Swedish massage can loosen up tensed back muscles and an aching neck and shoulders. Complete relaxation follows suit! After an hour of this kind of rejuvenating massage therapy, you can’t help but notice the way your body’s movements improve. The increased full range of motion of your neck, shoulders, back, hands, arms and legs and decreased swelling are all significant benefits of the Swedish massage experience.
Hot stone massage: Since ancient times, lava stones have been used for massage. These smooth volcanic rocks are now being used as a natural and effective massage tool. A massage with Basalt Stones will warm the body, relax the muscles and soothe the soul. With Hot stone massage, smooth, heated or cold basalt stones are used to enhance therapeutic treatments. The stones heat the muscles and melts away tension and stress. The weight and feel of the stones also provide physical and metal comfort.
Lymphatic drainage massage: This massage helps to improve the flow of lymph. Lymph drainage massage is particularly useful in detoxifying the body and to boost the immune system.
Beauty massage: Beauty massaging can give new meaning to age-old methods used to prevent and remove wrinkles. It helps ease headaches, releases tension an can help drain sinuses and relieve puffy eyes. Just what the doctor ordered, as it will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Pregnancy massage: During pregnancy, the weight has shifted drastically in a woman’s body. Weight has been added to the belly, which puts a large strain on the back. Pregnancy can also be a very stressful time emotionally. Massage therapy, both before and after birth, can help relieve these strains in an extremely comfortable, relaxing way.
